模擬交易具有真實性、靈活性且無財務風險等特點，但與真實交易仍存在差異。那麼，您會遇到哪些不同之處呢？

正如我們之前提到的，IBKR模擬交易賬戶是新手和資深交易者皆適用的絕佳訓練場地。您能夠在真實市場條件下，於安全的模擬交易環境中練習和學習新工具、策略等內容；這意味着交易不會實際在任何交易所執行，也不會在清算所進行結算。

您也無法參與首次公開募股（IPO），且某些公司行動（如派息和拆股）也不會被處理。

請注意，在模擬交易環境中，價格變動和保證金行為皆按真實市場情況模擬呈現，儘管其看起來與真實世界執行無異，但不會在真實賬戶中產生任何實際盈虧。

參考清單：模擬交易限制

儘管模擬交易賬戶模擬了真實賬戶的大部份功能，但由於其作為模擬器的設計特性（不具備實際交易執行和清算能力），您仍可能遇到某些差異。這些差異包括但不限於：

不支援部份委託單類型，包括：VWAP、競價、請求報價（RFQ）和掛鉤市場。
成交是從定單冊頂端模擬的；不涉及深度定單冊。
組合交易功能有限。
止損單和其它複雜委託單類型在模擬交易中始終是以模擬方式執行；這可能導致其行為與真實賬戶略有差異。
不支援美國期權的仙股交易。您可以提交委託單，但不會獲得成交。
對於已部份成交的交易所指定市價單，交易模擬器將拒絕其剩餘部份。這可能與真實世界交易所的行為相符或不相符。當市場未出現相反買賣方向的報價時，所收到的市價單將被保留直至市場數據送達（即直至首次部份成交發生）。
模擬交易賬戶不支援共同基金交易。
