Total Debt/Total Assets

Trading Term

This ratio is the Total Debt for the most recent fiscal year divided by Total Assets for the same period. Total Debt is the sum of Short Term Debt, the Current Portion of Long Term Debt and Capitalized Lease Obligations, Long Term Debt and Capitalized Lease Obligations for the most recent fiscal year. In general, a high Debt/Assets ratio suggests higher riskiness.
